Outdoor Location Guide
Discovery Park, Seattle | Location
This is hands-down my number one recommended location in Seattle area. This over 534-acre park offers stunning views of the puget sound, tall grass fields, a sea of wildflowers (in summertime) and the most gorgeous lighting at golden hour.
Most of my sessions take place in the bluff area (in the tall grass fields with views of the ocean & mountains - please see below). This location requires about a 15 minute easy-moderate hike from the parking lot and offers privacy
Please note: To get beach area and lighthouse, a further 15-20 minute steep climb down steps is required. A permit may be arranged to drive and park at the beach/lighthouse for additional cost, so please let me know if that is something you are interested in.
Only portable restrooms available near South parking lot. Should you choose to change outfits, there is plenty of secluded areas for a make-shift changing room but no actual restrooms in the area where we will be.
